The all-day restaurant once helmed by Chef Aquiles Chávez inside the Michelin-Keyed Casona Roma Norte hotel has closed. The Roma Norte property's dining program has since been reorganized around Terra (evening fine dining built on wine, sake and spirit pairings), Tacos Romita (all-day taqueria), La Macaria (matcha and tea room), and Somma Rooftop (wine-focused rooftop with a private speakeasy space, opened February 2026).
